“For 3 years I've been dealing with a mild, chronic case of pericoronitis. After switching dentists I was referred to Guy's Hospital. The referral process took 3 months. Once I got my first visit, I got a CBCT scan and a second appointment all within 3 weeks. They discussed a lot of different options for me, which ones would be best, and why. Decided to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthetic, and waited an additional 3 months for the surgery appointment. So in total, around 6 months from referral date to surgery. My appointment for surgery was at 15:00, but didn't reach the theatre until 18:15. The surgery itself went super smooth. I felt great after, and recovered at home on a liquid diet for a week, rinses, and alternating between ibuprofen and paracetamol. For reference, my teeth weren't that complicated and I have a high tolerance for pain The staff was absolutely wonderful. They gave my partner all the information needed for the recovery period, all the pain medication, and would have been available in case any side effects emerged. They also warmed me up with a tube under my blanket as soon as I woke up from the anesthesia, which felt great. I can't fault my experience at this hospital in any way. Waiting 3 hours past my appointment time was tough without food or water, and it's something I wasn't told or prepared for, but I know how busy and overworked hospitals are here, plus I was given IV fluids so I felt fantastic after the procedure. And sure, I waited 6 months from referral day, but I am very thankful I could get this done for free under our health care system. Were my case more serious, I think my waiting time would have been less. But either way, I'm super satisfied with my experience at the Dental department of Guy's hospital!”

“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”

“This is very convenient and the service is relatively quick, especially compared with Mayday Hospital. I went for an X-ray and it was done in 30 minutes, with a smooth process from checking in, waiting and being called. The car park is expensive but on street parking across the road is free for an hour. Alternatively, there is a much cheaper car park next to the church, which is next to this hospital.”

“Wow What a 5 Star service and Super Professional. As a busy Chiropractic clinic in West Ealing a client came to visit Northfields Chiropractic at 4pm in severe pain . It was agreed an MRI Scan would be appropriate on this occasion. We called Chris at 5pm hoping to get an urgent MRI scan within 24hrs. Our client arrived at their clinic at 7.30pm same day and had the scan by 8pm!! Just a few hours from their visit to us. The MRI report was on our desk at 0800 next day!!! Excellent turnaround time and would highly recommend team at Riverside West London to other clinics . Many Thanks”

“Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“The entire experience in the hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about ! Rooms are quite comfortable, spacious and well equipped (even with a kettle and accessible plugs for 'European design'). The location of the hotel is excellent: a few kilometres from the center of London and a train station in 1 minute walk away . The professionalism of the staff is also to be highlighted. We have made our check-in with Harris, who in a very smooth and didactic way gave us the most important information about the reservation and facilities. The Housekeeping team is highest quality as well; the room was in the best condition as possible when we arrived, and the cleaning service the day after was successfully completed. We also really liked the fact that the workers greeted us when we passed each other in the corridor. It is something that seems to be unimportant, but I think it does matter and you do it ! Finally, the bar has a long and diverse menu of food and drinks to offer, and they have the possibility to deliver in room. The girl who was there when I went to have a drink was quite pleasant in her guest treat and efficient doing her work. Congratulations to the whole team !”

“My girlfriend and I came here to have afternoon tea for her birthday. Wow what an amazing experience! The hotel it’s self is beautiful and the staff are incredible. Very kind, accommodating and more than happy to help. My girlfriend and I was speaking amongst ourselves about the fact it was her birthday and before we knew it one of the staff members brought out a lovely slice of cheese cake topped with fresh strawberries and strawberry drizzle, the best part it was complimentary from the hotel. A lovely staff member offered to take some pictures for us as we were leaving. Simply a great time and good old fashioned good customer service. Thank you guys it was lovely.”

“Visiting from the north to London to see a show the hotel is just before the congestion charge and a short walk to the tube to get into the city. Rooms were very clean and beds are sooo comfy and cool air con, Staff were polite and very attentive. Food always decent. On site parking at £5 pr 24 hrs, Only gripe was the bar closed at 11pm but all in all a very good couple of nights stay.”

“We had a lovely stay in the property from 19 December till 25 December. The property is very well situated and although we have some "issues" with the room initially, the response of the front desk staff and the manager was exemplary. I must give specific commendation to Sehrish who took our feedback extremely professionally and responded to us sincerely and adequately. We left the hotel feeling really positive about our 6 days of stay. Thank you and we will not hesitate to rebook the same property when we visit London again”

“Have stayed here a few times now and I have to say it is fantastic, the rooms we have had were very clean and homely with painting etc, the staff are wonderful nothing is to much and are always polite, the breakfast is amazing and I would like to say Samantha was truly lovely and very kind and helpful as I have trouble walking, she is one of the best. I would never stay anywhere else when visiting London. The location is perfect, with train and bus links nearby, the reception staff will always order you taxi if you don't fancy tubing or taking a bus.”

“Really good hotel and well located for Canary Wharf without paying Canary Wharf prices. Room was great, very modern, clean, and tidy. Comfortable bed, and if your lucky a balcony with views along the Thames. The carpets were a little tired looking with a few stains, but nothing to warrant taking a star off. Food in the restaurant was excellent, both on an evening and at breakfast. The staff really friendly and helpful. Complementary ferry service to Canary Wharf was a pleasant surprise.”

“Had a lovely meal it was ribeye steak cooked medium rare it was delicious with chunky chips with truffle and parmesan cheese on, so yummy. My friend and I had quite a few cocktails the waiter Tom bought us a few more different ones to try on the house, they were really nice so we ordered some. All the staff were friendly. All of our meals were good. Had a good laugh with Tom, he made our evening. Good food, great cocktail and good service. Not a cheap meal but what you would expect to pay in London. Would go back if I'm that area again.”

“Stayed here for a trip to Windsor and Legoland. Nice family room with all the amenities needed. Nice helpful staff. Good breakfast with plenty of variety. Kids loved it as the planes are REALLY low coming in to Heathrow and they got a good view sitting in the hotels restaurant.”

“A few years ago, my family and I started regularly visititinf Almaskouf whenever we are in London. The standard is always excellent. Every single time, we order the speciality, which is the large fish in advance. It is grilled on wood from an orange tree with a pomegranate glaze on top. The other numerous other dishes are also tasty. The service is excellent and everyone there is extremely kind and respectful. It is priced extremely reasonably. Thank you!”

“Very underrated place. One of my favourite places to eat out at, only discovered it 3 months ago and I’ve already been here quite a few times. Thai food is often inauthentic in London, but at Greyhound Cafe you will surely find the food to be authentic. Do not miss out on their Holy Basil Chilli Bomb, or their Drunken Seafood Noodles dishes. The staff are very friendly, however, sometimes it is difficult to get their attention when trying to call them over to our table.”

“I had my surgery for a total left hip replacement at west Middlesex hospital on the 5th August 2020. Arjuna was my surgeon and looked after me with his team from day 1. I was the first day surgery case patient for a total hip replacement at the hospital (which is exploring new ways of working given the Covid environment backdrop). My personal experience with the team at west Middlesex has been fantastic and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a great unit and indeed a great surgeon / consultant for surgery. The initial consultation for sign off for surgery, the pre - operative assessment and talking through the surgery procedure were all carried out with a high level of due care and clinical excellence. I felt as a patient that the over riding priority was achieving a great clinical outcome for me and my surgery. The day of the surgery was very well co ordinated and went smoothly. Admission was straightforward, I was administered local Anaesthetic and the surgery took around 2 hours. I arrived at 7.30am and was discharged around 7pm the same day. Just brilliant. Since discharge I have been in constant contact with Arjuna and the team and the physio unit. I have also had two follow up appointments where Arjuna has held office himself directly. I am now nearly 7 weeks post surgery and progressing well and will be back to see In 3 months time for an assessment and x ray on the new joint. Thank you to Arjuna and the whole west Middlesex team for their care and passion. They have cleverly demonstrated the high value of keeping these important services local.
