Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow Hotel & Conference Centre, London
“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”
Holiday Inn London - Heathrow Bath Road, an IHG Hotel
“Zero complaints here. Rooms were new and fresh. The bar in main floor was decent but a tad expensive. We had a buffet style meal for our group and was okay. The breakfast was really good. I couldn't hear any planes taking off all night or day. Very sound proof”
Holiday Inn London - Brentford Lock, an IHG Hotel
“The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, food was great at the cafe and even had a bar to unwind. View was lovely over the grand union canal. Highly recommend!”
ibis London Sutton Point
“Great hotel that has all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The bar restaurant is super stylish, offering great food. The breakfast buffet is fresh with a mixed of cooked food and fresh options such as brie, fresh fruit and avocado smash. All in all a great property!”

Premier Inn London Docklands (Excel) hotel
“The premier plus rooms are lush! I had a great sleep here during an event at the Excel. Breakfast and dinner was lovely. Only complaints were that the carpark was limited due to work on the building and staff could have been a bit more welcoming.”
Residence Inn by Marriott London Bridge
“The breakfast staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth and our stay was comfortable. The location is great as we walked down to Tower Bridge and enjoyed the surrounding areas.”
The Rose & Crown, London Bridge (PUBLOVE)
“Experience great, trying a burger, sure it will be fine. Very busy with lots of happy people. A great place. I am a bit confused as the boss says it's a backpacker hostel. Ok but £164 a night, guess I am out of touch. No criticism (in any bad way) but did not realize it was that costly for people to get a room for the night. All done, this is an excellent place, great fun and friendly. Take a bow!!!”
London Apollo Club
“1st Saturday of each month. It's been going on for the last,40 years. Amazing night. Strictly old school. 11pm till 6am.”
The Royal Marsden Hospital
“I have to thank Rebecca and the Endoscopy department here they are amazing and so kind. 2 years I have come to this hospital for flexible cystoscopy and both times I’ve been seen with great care and kindness. I forgot the name of 1 lovely nurse in particular from with her name starting with a K , pretty sure she said she was originally from Yugoslavia. But from the start to the moment I left her service was so great, I hope this message is passed onto her, Rebecca and the great department. Also such a lovely hospital, thank you so much ❤️”
Vets4Pets Romford Hospital
“Came for a 2nd opinion. Vet Louise was amazing a very thorough diagnosis. The reception Staff all very friendly and helpful. It was very busy at the time and we waited a little longer than our appointment time but it was worth the wait as we left feeling relieved having had everything explained to us. Highly recommend this Vets. 5*****”
Voo Vets Surbiton Hospital
“Such a friendly and helpful team at Voo vets. My dog had sickness and Diarrhoea and I’d literally just moved to the area the day before calling. A different local vet said they had no appointments and couldn’t help which was disappointing. From the first call the team at Voo Vets were super helpful. I was registered straight away and given some advice before getting an appointment. After a couple of appointments my dog is feeling much better after being prescribed a new type of food. Really great team.”
Citadines Apart’hotel Trafalgar Square London
“Great hotel overall, good location and good rooms. We didn't use any room service so I can't value it. Air conditioner is not regulable so I cannot choose air power and it's very noisy, but not as noisy as the fridge, which makes very loud random weird sounds, not letting me sleep well. Small old TV with not much technology, just including some basic channels and nothing else. Bathtub has a curtain, which is pretty old and weird to see as it's not very sanity-friendly, but it's cheaper, of course.”
Chow & Cha London
“Moved to St James' Street area recently and tried Chow & Cha just before lockdown and was blown away! Very good value, really tasty dishes packed full of flavour! Generous with the extras too :) Special recommendations for the Crispy Chilli Beef (see pic) - best in town! And the crispy seaweed is A+++ Was sad to see Chow & Cha close for a few months but can safely say (after tonights order) they are BACK with a BANG.... Yum yum yum! Thanks C&C, until next time, your friendly neighbours, Rob & Esther”
University College Hospital at Westmoreland Street
“Everyone I met here today was super nice and kind! I was referred to this urology clinic from A&E, so I had a fear of receiving the procedure. But as I entered the building, the man at door kindly greeted me with a new mask and guided me where to go. The toilet was so clean (the most clean toilet I have ever seen at UK hospitals) since the cleaning lady was very hard working. Upon clincal encounter, the nurses were very kind and professional (especially Comfort and Matt) as well as the urology consultant, who made a precise decision and explained the issue very clearly. I had a good result, so the nurses shared my happiness and cheered for me. Thank you for the empathy and kindness everyone shared with me today❤️ Highly recommend this hospital!”
St Bartholomew's Hospital
“I have been coming hear for the 3 years and this hospital is an example of shear brilliance! The building, grounds, facilities and staff are amazing! There are very limited disabled parking bays onsite, however, there’s plenty on surrounding roads and even the underground car park.”
Hammersmith Hospital
“Whilst my mother has already passed away, she received such great care from the Haematology/cancer department here. Although she was terminally ill, we looked forward to our appointments here solely due to the fact that the nurses, phlebotomists and doctors were simply nice.”

Guy's Hospital
“For 3 years I've been dealing with a mild, chronic case of pericoronitis. After switching dentists I was referred to Guy's Hospital. The referral process took 3 months. Once I got my first visit, I got a CBCT scan and a second appointment all within 3 weeks. They discussed a lot of different options for me, which ones would be best, and why. Decided to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed under general anesthetic, and waited an additional 3 months for the surgery appointment. So in total, around 6 months from referral date to surgery. My appointment for surgery was at 15:00, but didn't reach the theatre until 18:15. The surgery itself went super smooth. I felt great after, and recovered at home on a liquid diet for a week, rinses, and alternating between ibuprofen and paracetamol. For reference, my teeth weren't that complicated and I have a high tolerance for pain The staff was absolutely wonderful. They gave my partner all the information needed for the recovery period, all the pain medication, and would have been available in case any side effects emerged. They also warmed me up with a tube under my blanket as soon as I woke up from the anesthesia, which felt great. I can't fault my experience at this hospital in any way. Waiting 3 hours past my appointment time was tough without food or water, and it's something I wasn't told or prepared for, but I know how busy and overworked hospitals are here, plus I was given IV fluids so I felt fantastic after the procedure. And sure, I waited 6 months from referral day, but I am very thankful I could get this done for free under our health care system. Were my case more serious, I think my waiting time would have been less. But either way, I'm super satisfied with my experience at the Dental department of Guy's hospital!”
Amersham Hospital
“Just had a small procedure at the hospital on my foot. The staff were super friendly and did a great job. We are lucky to have the NHS !!”
The Runnymede Hospital
“I was seen by the consultant Mr. Agrawal on Wednesday because of unbearable pain due to Kidney Stone as shown by the CT Scan. I was operated on the next day. I am so glad I chose that option as the stone was breached and would prolong my agony. I am now pain free and back to normal. The care was excellent and very professional from outpatients to discharge! The staff was so warm and so caring. Extra care was given to me as a patient with round the clock checks until my discharge the following day. The food was excellent too. Highly recommended!”
Purley War Memorial Hospital
“This is very convenient and the service is relatively quick, especially compared with Mayday Hospital. I went for an X-ray and it was done in 30 minutes, with a smooth process from checking in, waiting and being called. The car park is expensive but on street parking across the road is free for an hour. Alternatively, there is a much cheaper car park next to the church, which is next to this hospital.”
Healthshare Clinic West London (The Riverside Clinic)
“Wow What a 5 Star service and Super Professional. As a busy Chiropractic clinic in West Ealing a client came to visit Northfields Chiropractic at 4pm in severe pain . It was agreed an MRI Scan would be appropriate on this occasion. We called Chris at 5pm hoping to get an urgent MRI scan within 24hrs. Our client arrived at their clinic at 7.30pm same day and had the scan by 8pm!! Just a few hours from their visit to us. The MRI report was on our desk at 0800 next day!!! Excellent turnaround time and would highly recommend team at Riverside West London to other clinics . Many Thanks”
The Sloane Hospital
“My experience at the Sloane Physio department with Hannah was 100% positive. She is extremely capable, empathetic and encouraging. The exercises she set dealt very well with my shoulder problem and I cannot recommend her highly enough.”
Premier Inn London Hendon (The Hyde) hotel
“Stayed for one night (6/1/2023) before visiting The Stranger Things Experience, really friendly and helpful staff, from the lovely lady who checked us in to the evening and morning restaurant staff. Good value for money and did the job that we needed, clean room, plenty of hot water and towels, easy to find car park (£5 for 24 hours). Would definitely stay again if in the area.”
