Every time I have had exemplary service - quick, knowledgeable, efficient. On the phone I have been impressed that my sister's records were immediately available and staff knew precisely what I was talking about and were able to either arrange prompt delivery of medication (within a couple of hours!) or direct me to the necessary action.
