"The staff behaviour towards the customer is repugnant. The store closes at 5pm on Sunday and I got at 4.58pm to buy the £3 Fairy. When I got in the staff said we closed. I said "at what time do you close?" She said now. I asked at what time? She said 5pm. I said I have 2 minutes to bay what I want and I made the purchase in less then 2 minutes. Message for Saver's management: These are the people you employ? Are you going to do something about that? The manager of the shop should be changed for sure..."

"I have been many times to the store but every time I go I get very disappointed by the staff behaviour towards the customer. I see them taking on the microphone/headphone with each other. The guy standing at the entrance and the girl serving. They should atleast not talk while they are serving the customers. They also forgot to ask me about my membership card when I made a bill of £66. I realised it after coming home. Hope you people train ur staff. The store and the available of the products are 5 star. But the main thing you need to work on is customer service."
