"Awful service. My 5 year old’s prescription was sent by GP, two weeks back and we are still chasing for these medicines. These are just regular medicine. They literally have one staff to serve customers and she takes her sweet time to dig through the stock. Whenever I visit there, I have to stay so long, for them to find my medicine! I am put on hold for so long when I chase for medicine!!"

"Very poor customer service . I had to wait over 15 minutes in the queue because this person infront would not leave and kept asking the pharmaceutical assistant about things. When she finally finished and left, the assistant did not apologize to start off with about the long wait and secondly , informs me then that their card machine is not working. Why was not a easily readable SIGN put up on the counter screen at first to let customers know in advance that the card machine was not working?"
