"Worst experience ever. Went for infills. She was doing infills for 2,5 h. I paid 30 £ online but after that they charged me 10 £ extra. The shape of each of my nails are different, my nails are thick and the nail polish applied unevenly. Not recommended"

"Stay away like plague. Really incompetent people working in this salon. I had gel nail extensions which wasn’t great and my hair kept getting tangled in there. Went back to get it removed and the nail tech completely ruined my nails. Not only did not follow the correct procedure, she also had no idea how to remove gel nails properly. She didn’t soak my nails etc like other salons do. She just filed the gel off with the electric nail drill. She couldn't control the drill and literally hurt all my fingers and thumb on my right hand. She ended up filing my nails thinner than paper! She put dents on my nails. My nails were extremely sore, red and looked damaged. It’s been nearly two months and my nails still haven’t recovered. I had to see my GP to check if they had been infected! Had bruised nails! I cannot grow my nails and have to keep trimming them. My nails have become extremely thin and weak; keep chipping and breaking even when they are short! They DO NOT care about customer service and have no clue on how deal with professional equipment. None of them have an idea about their professional duty either. Absolutely appalling service. Pay a little extra and go to a better and professional salons nearby. Avoid it at all cost!"

"Asked for long face framing layers and the lady cut my hair and confidently said to me she gave me short layers, when i had asked for long layers. Also had the cheek to charge me £65 for the worst haircut I’ve had. Didn’t respond back to my message for a week and refused to give me a refund. Would not recommend this place which is a shame because they do nice blowdries."

"A beautiful looking salon just opened. Has a touch of personal and private service! Absolute excellent service throughout. The girls (Susana, Shaz and Linda) are very friendly and so welcoming. Best hair salon, without a doubt! Susana is extremely talented, skilled and attentive! gave me great advice on what hair colour and highlights would suit me. Can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend them!"
