When I started my physiotherapy I had difficulty walking, lifting weights, sleeping, and even sitting in my office chair, which made my every day life very difficult, especially as the father of a toddler. The exercises and therapy that Dr Anthony asked me to follow took into consideration the chronic problems I'd been having with my lower back, and previous episodes that stretched back almost 16 years. I had just finished logging my puppy in and about to take a seat when I was called in to the vet. I've been many times now and still getting the excellent service.”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“My 6 month old pup was treated for ibuprofen toxicity, their prompt and efficient care saved him from any long lasting damage. Couldn’t be more grateful. He has been back & forth from pdsa to vets now in Sutton for overnight care and it’s safe to say he was more than happy at pdsa and went with the vets no problem which gave me comfort. And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. “This place is a dream! Massive soft play center! My now 6 year old and 2 year old had an amazing time. They have a toddler section up to 5 years old and then the main play area for the bigger kids. Then they have electric quad bikes, a rock wall , and a place to eat. The slot is 2 hours which is a perfect amount of time to get you and the little ones worn out! Tip : its advised to wear shoes in the main play area, the wood and rope really hurt your feet :)”

“Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. I mentioned my amazing experience to a neighbour who funny enough had the same fantastic experience by the guy Michael. Honestly can’t recommend enough I just hope Kwik fit know how lucky they are to have him working for them!! True gem of a guy !”

Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”

“Iv just recently started coming to croydon dental practice and all I can say is wow. The girls at reception go above and beyond to try and get an appointment as soon as possible. They’re all so polite and easy to speak to. Arati has been mine and my 2 sons dentist and she was incredible with my 3 year old making him feel at ease and allowed her to look at his teeth which he won’t ever go near anyone let alone allow them to look at his teeth! So that alone was 5* for me and myself I’m very nervous of the dentist but again she makes me feel at ease. And I’m so happy with her work I highly reccomend croydon dental practice!”
