"Not a great experience. Tried to buy a pair of collar stiffeners this morning. The assistant was able to show me them in the glass case and give me the price but not the size! I was first told that they fit their shirts. When I asked again I was shown a shirt collar and told that they would fit it! Unfortunately I wanted them for a gift and I have no idea where their recipient usually buys their shirts. That's why I was asking about size. Obviously it was a no sale experience."
