● Open“We stayed here for just one night. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and tidy. Staff on reception was also lovely. Breakfast food was lovely but there was one member of staff (man) as the girls was so polite made you feel like you was an inconvenience breakfast was served between 8-10am we got there about 9.25am and he made us feel like we had got there at 10am. We had to wait for a table which was not a problem but when we was seated the table was not set up properly we had to keep on asking for things Milk spoons the girl realized there was no side plates and we had to ask for our toast twice. Maybe it was a busy morning”

Second time I have stayed at The Kings Arms. This time with my family and we booked the family suite Double Bed and bunk beds for the kids in a seperate room, Great bathroom with big bath and shower. Breakfast was fabulous and cooked fresh to order. Have recomended the hotel to friends and clients alike 10/10”

Stayed here as was close to airport for my holiday but still close enough to central for me to go and explore London… Great room and service, checked in by Lara, very friendly smile. Restaurant not too bad for dinner had server Rachel, very happy lady. For breakfast was not the best buffet but good enough.”

● Open“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

● Open“Due to flight being delayed, my mom and a family of 4 missed the connecting flight. I rang the hotel and Vladimir, the guesthouse owner, held 2 rooms and made sure, they were alright. He also organized the taxi the next day. The rooms were very clean, the guesthouse just a short drive from LHR airport. It was a huge relief for the travellers and me, to know, there was someone who actually cared (Airline didn't help at all!!) We will definitly be going back!”

● Open“We ended up staying here last minute after a terrible experience with a different hotel that was so overpriced and dirty and disappointing we decided to cancel it on the spot. We then walked around looking for another hotel that had space. So glad we found this one. Really clean, modern rooms and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Victor for helping us with the initial check in and also for his help many times with any requests we had while traveling with a young baby. We only stayed one night but we'll be back if we ever need to stay in that area in London. The hotel is very convenient with many supermarkets, pubs cafes all within short walk. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff at merit - we had a really restful stay thanks to you all!”

● Open“Rooms were adaquate for what we needed. Its not a high end hotel but a large bed maybe a super king, so plemty of room We were in loft room had a quirky ensuite door but worked very well. There is a mini fridge in room nothing in but to use for any items you need to keep cool and fresh Also a mini safe, we didnt use this Was warm and clean and great located my sheppards bush station literally next door”

Brady was serving behind the bar. he saw people in the bar area were waiting for refills of drinks. He stepped up and provide a very smooth service in collecting used cups and replacing with new order. Excellent service!”

● Open“Really good location, very clean, friendly staff and great cafe area. Good affordable alternative compared with hotels in London which are eye wateringly expensive for most people. The nearest tube is about 10 minutes walk or perhaps a little less. Only downside is a 10am checkout which seems a little early but nothing major - elevator is also very small so factor that in when you're leaving in the morning when it's busy.”

● Open“This hotel can’t really be faulted for its location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The lifts are a bit of a pain and they suffer from being in an extremely busy location. We didn’t go to the restaurant and there were a few issues with a door that couldn’t stay open in the bathroom (and a broken seal in the bathroom so it flooded when showering), but it gets a 5 star review for being so comfortable. We slept extremely well while in the middle of London.”

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. When I initially booked in August was advised there was no restaurant Christmas day, however I did make an additional booking for breakfast on Boxing day. What a shame they don't do a Christmas break as I would definitely book .”

● Open“A great, lovely hotel which accommodates all your needs. Upon signing in, we were told we were being upgraded to executive rooms with no extra charge. The rooms were nice and clean. Nice and cosy. We had a great view as well which was nice. I have no complaint other than it can get extremely hot at times but that’s a minor. In addition, the hotel is only a 5 mins walk to the station so it is easy to travel to and from the location. We’ll be definitely booking rooms here again in the future.”

I booked this hotel directly by contacting them and they were kind enough to offer a discounted price for which is far less than the one quoted by the websites, which i generally use to book hotels. Though it is bit far from the Heathrow airport , The hotel is just infront of Seven Kings station and is a very good choice for tourists who want to stay in a budget yet decent hotel and roam around London.They provide good continental breakfast and also there are few food outlets nearby serving Pakistan/Indian kind of food.The staff was very supportive and i highly recommend this hotel.”
