"Visited friends nearby. Limited parking with 2 charging points. Rooms are a little old but clean and comfortable with plenty of U.S.B. charging points. Stayed on a Saturday night,surprisingly quiet. Breakfast was good with a wide range of choices, very good value, and well prepared. Staff were helpful and cheerful. Suited our needs perfectly."

The Whisperer:

"Now this is nice. Very nice. This place has a quite upmarket feel - maybe that's to do with the hotel but it definitely feels different from your usual spoons. But everything is still at the great spoons price. As you would expect after that intro, the place was clean and tidy throughout. The staff were friendly and cheerful and the barmaid that served me was quite busy but handled it with ease. Wonderful pub with a almost luxurious feel with great staff and excellent prices- what more could you want? Oh, and the Guinness was excellent"

"Large Wetherspoons located here with the typical menu and drinks. Really reasonably priced if you are looking for a quick bite to eat without breaking the bank. 8 of us had food and drinks for under £75 and I had the basic American burger with chips. The coffee is bottomless and you just help yourself at the machine. Parking unfortunately is not the greatest so be prepared that this may be a struggle. The bar staff were super friendly especially as it was a large order but very helpful."
