Travelling Whale
● Closed“Booking through Travelling Whale was an absolute pleasure. Not only is the team super responsive and reliable they are also full of ideas as to how to make your trip unforgettable. I was in touch with them to say I was looking for a hotel in London as I was going to see Steps twice in one weekend (yes you read that right)! Travelling Whale suggested I stay at The Good Hotel which firstly is a fantastic property that invests profits into the community and secondly is only a cable car ride away from The O2 (where the gigs were). I took their advice and they booked the hotel for me. It was a fantastic weekend and I cannot wait to book my next trip with Travelling Whale.”

Nazrul - Awarded Best Curry House in UK
● Open“We were meant to go here a couple of years ago then the pandemic hit so it got delayed. It was tricky to book as it's so popular but we got a table for lunch and decided to each have a different tasting menu so we could try everything on offer. The service was brilliant, the food was sublime. The offer of a cheese course before the desserts was very welcome, and the selection of cheeses was great.”

Scotts Travel
● Open“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.”

Caravan Tours & Travel Ltd
● Open“My first Hajj Journey Thank you Caravan Tours, for such a memorable journey. It is the most beautiful memory I hold close to my heart at this moment in time. Brother Abdulrab, your personal touch and care was very appreciated. Your humbleness and sincerity is commendable. Caravan Tours delivered what was promised and more. Attention care was given to every member of the group, as though we were one big family. The staff of Caravan were not regimented and always took in to consideration The well-being and preferences of everyone in the group. By the grace of Allah SWT our hajj was made effortless, and so pleasant, I can’t wait to go back. In Sha Allah in a few years time of Allah SWT wills it, I will book my hajj with Caravan Tours without a doubt. Highly recommend this company.”

London Stock
● Closed“Exquisite cuisine, best in class service with friendly and knowledgable staff who made the whole evening enjoyable. It was my mother in law’s birthday and we wanted to treat her somewhere nice. Having read the incredible reviews, we decided to dine at London Stock. We ordered the tasting menu and the food was honestly the best food we’ve ever tasted. We dined at a Michelin 3-star restaurant (Uliassi) just the month before coming here, and have to say the food in London Stock is far more superior. Not only was the food cooked to perfection but also the presentation was aesthetically pleasing. Thank you for making my mother in law’s birthday extra special. We will definitely come back.”

Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment
● Open“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

hub by Premier Inn London Westminster Abbey hotel
● Open“Excellent stay. Super efficient location and I loved the touch screen buttons on the bed that controlled the lights and room temperature. Breakfast was great and lots of options to choose from. Very nice bar staff and one of the guys at breakfast was so noticeably kind, caring and welcoming to everyone who walked in the lobby. Not sure if he was the manager but it didn’t go unnoticed. Thanks very much.”

Premier Inn London Tooting hotel
● Open“I stayed at the Premier Inn last month before moving into my flat in London and had a wonderful experience. I got there early and the staff kindly stored my four suitcases while I ran some errands. When I returned, the most lovely woman was working at the front desk. Her name is Consuelo and she is an absolute gem. Since I had so much luggage, I took two bags down to the room and before I could return to the front desk there was a knock at my door. Consuelo had brought the two suitcases weighing 45kg in total down to my room herself and made sure I got them. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. As a young female traveling solo I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay. The next few mornings Consuelo greeted me with a big smile and helped me with breakfast. I am gluten-free and the staff was super knowledgable and was able to give me a lovely GF breakfast of hash browns, bacon, GF toast, and loads of other goodies. Overall, I had a fabulous stay and will definitely recommend the Premier Inn in Tooting to any friends and family that visit. Thank you Consuelo for being so helpful and kind!”

Premier Inn London Clapham hotel
● Open“We stayed here for 9 nights in July and it exceeded all of our expectations! We had low expectations because we were looking for a budget friendly place. There are aspects that definitely felt low budget, but that's expected with a budget inn. I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The staff was so lovely and patient with my young kids. The inn was quiet and clean. It's right by Tesco and Sainsbury, and also near several bus stops, so it was easy to get to anywhere we wanted to go. We had breakfast there one day and it was hot and delicious! I would definitely stay here again.”

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London
● Open200 Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7UT, United Kingdom“Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

Clayton Hotel City of London
● Open“Amazing hotel, great location - across road from Aldgate East tube station. Lots of things go do and see in this area - Sunday market was on nearby. Hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, especially Sam and The breakfast was beautiful - you just go up and help yourself to cereal and the hot buffet. There is a good selection available - bacon, sausage, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans, mushrooms etc. Lots of different types of bread / cake available and coffee / hot chocolate etc from a machine. The bedrooms were bigger than a lot of the hotels I’ve been to before and really modern and clean. The shower was really good and there were no unwelcome noises when we wanted to sleep. We would not hesitate to return to this hotel. Paul & Jo.”

Complimentary coffee and tea from the lounge is always nice. The staff are 100% top notch, always smiling and happy to help where they can. Thank you to all the staff at reception and at the lounge including Ali and Bianca! I've had such a good stay and felt so welcomed. The Westbridge Hotel London Stratford
● Open“I stayed at The Westbridge for 1 night with my wife, after seeing Abba Voyage nearby. The hotel is ideally located for Abba, being around a 10-15 minute walk from the venue. The hotel was immaculately clean, and the staff were all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The room was a good size, and with a nice clean bathroom with a good roomy shower. The bed was comfy (although after the drinks we could've been sleeping on a plank of wood and wouldn't have noticed). We had breakfast in the morning, and were very pleased with it - there was a good selection of Full English items, fruit, cold meats and pastries. If possible, try and get the train here because parking is quite expensive - we paid £25 for our stay to park in the car park of an adjacent Bingo hall (there's no parking included because the area is very busy).”

The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton
● Open“The hotel is really beautiful. The front desk is very helpful and professional. I will share with you one of the examples which reflect the professionalism of the reception. I asked for a taxi from my hotel to the airport through the reception and when the taxi arrived asking about me, the reception start asking different questions to the driver to assure that the taxi is not fake which I really like it from the hotel reception. Going to the hotel room: The size of the bed is enough for two adults and the bed is comfortable. The room size is good compared with other London hotel as most of London hotels room are small. The location of the hotel is in a new area and little bit far away from the most attractive area (30-40 minutes by underground metro) however the underground metro is just 5-10 minutes walking distance. The hotel area is safe, the hotel is just two minutes away from Westfield mall which has a big supermarket and many restaurants and shops. I really enjoyed in this hotel.”

It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”
