“Quite a small hotel but in very lovely area! I felt looked after, there was always someone at reception. Rooms are little older and would need refurbishment, but all was very tidy and on good cleanliness level!”

“I spent 3 nights at the hotel at the end of my vacation in London. The staff were superbly responsive. The hotel is conveniently located opposite a very large superstore, and within walking distance of a several bus stops. Despite being full, the hotel was very quite to stay at.”

The room was spacious and the view wasn't as bad as I thought it would be (I could see the hotel I went to last year) The breakfast was great as well. “We recently had an extended stay here due to being unexpectedly turfed out of our homes. The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget! This hotel is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you for sure won't be disappointed. Was a perfect base for working at the London Film Studios. We did upgrade to a premier plus room as would be there 3 nights and it was exactly as described. Reception staff were helpful with extending our stay and making sure the room was kept refreshed.”

“This is a large brand new quality Café, situated south facing on to a cricket pitch. Hence why its called the Pavilion There is plenty of inside tables, outside tables & chairs and bench tables. There's also bike stands. The cafe is about 50m from the children's play area. The service is excellent, with a wide choice of usual cafe style items. It will officially open April 25th, but is actually open already.”

“Stayed for 1 night after meeting my partner at Heathrow on her return from Madrid. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. I was going to use the airport shuttle bus to get to the airport but the lady on reception advised me to use public transport as it was a lot cheaper. Staff in restaurant were excellent as well. I would certainly stay here again.”

“Unavu kitchen catered few of our family events since last year. The food was authentic and delicious. Recently, we were pleased to have unavu kitchen on my husband's bday party. All our guests were enjoyed the freshly made hoppers and kottu rotti. Their service was excellent and staffs were very friendly. We will definitely hire unavu kitchen for more events in the future.”
