"Terrible service. collected over £100 worth of food got home and 2 orders were missing (2 kids dinners) called up and they would not send the order to us , spoke to manager and no use at all. 3 days later and we are still trying to get the money refunded. Totally incompetent staff and management, and they are telling us that it will take 5 days to refund to the card. will never use Dominos again. Would give no stars if that was an option UPDATE. It's now 4 months later and just received a reply to resolve the problem. After 4 months we still haven't received a refund for the missing food after many attempts. If you think a pre typed generic apology is going to be enough to get me to spend money in your business again after you stole from me, then you are mistaken. I have not used Dominoes since and never will again , especially the Upminster branch."

"Ordered few pizzas, 100£ worth and they forgot our 2 kids dinners, called them up and we asked them if they could send it on a scooter and they wasn't bothered even thought we had to cook another 2 MEALS and now they only going to refund us the 2 meals no discount or any sort of compensation whatsoever. It was like: come back and collect the meals or go hungry. Terrible. Never ordering dominos AGAIN. I will definitely use Papa John's next time. Do not recommend at all. Shame the 0 star option is not available. Disgusted."
