The Z Hotel Shoreditch

Premier Inn London Greenwich hotel
● Open“The room was comfortable and clean but when showering water seems to spill over onto floor so needed to use towel to mop up water. Also coffee machine water leaking when you fill it and door to enter room sticks when you try and lock from inside. But service and food excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely return and recommend to family and friends. Thank you.”

Premier Inn London Tower Bridge hotel
● Open“Used it twice now. It's within a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge underground. HMS Belfast and The Tower of London are very close too as is Borough Market. It's a great spot to base yourself to explore London. We used it for bed and breakfast for which it is perfect. Everyone knows that Premier Inn is no frills but for me it does what it's supposed to do. I totally recommend and will return.”

Premier Inn London Bank (Tower) hotel
● Open“Stayed for 3 nights. I usually book to stop at Premier Inn hotels because I know what to expect. In London, I normally stop at the County Hall Premier Inn but due to the ideal location for going to the Tower of London and Tower Bridge I decided to switch it up. We booked into an accessible room to cater for my mum, which had plenty of space. The room and bathroom were clean and of the usual Premier Inn standard, can not complain for the price or location.”

Travelodge London City
● Open20 Middlesex Street, London E1 7EX, United Kingdom“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”

Leonardo Royal Hotel London Tower Bridge
● Open“Stayed on a first-time business trip and, boy, this place does not disappoint. Whilst it is on the steeper side for an overnight stay, the extra facilities guests have access to (spa, gym, pool etc) in the price plus the service and quality of the rooms makes it value for money. Room service food was fantastic and the room amenities are excellent. Especially love the small Nespresso coffee machines in the rooms, makes a welcome change to a decent morning brew! My only comment is the shower in the room did have some light mould/mildew on the tiles around the ceiling, but honestly very light and only spotted because of my height. Not enough to bring the overall experience down at all. And the breakfast buffet service, whew! Amazing spread of cooked breakfast items, fruit, cereals, pastries, juices, everything! Leo's Restaurant where meals are served has a lovely open atmosphere and great lighting from the massive windows along the outside wall.”

Moxy London Stratford
● Open“Dear Moxy, I was a guest in your hotel in February 2023 and need to say, it was a very good experience. We had some issues with our room which the very polite team immediately solved. The hotel is really recommendable and is at a perfect location, there is a tube station which is 3 minutes away as well as a shopping center and much more. It was really worth it, keep up the good work. Thank you! Cheers Stefan”

The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”

Spa facilities are of a high standard with a good sized pool and steam room, excellent changing rooms too. Premier Inn Dartford hotel
● Open“Another very good and comfortable stay. The staff at the hotel and also the Beefeater are lovely, friendly and creates a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere with a local feeling, despite being in a heavily industrialised area. Very warm and welcoming and will stay again. The restaurant itself was closed but the bar was open and we were invited to use the bar area for ordering in a delivery, as were the other guests. It worked really well.”

Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”
-
Malmaison London
● Open“One night stay for business and overall very pleased. I didn’t have food at the hotel so only reviewing the room. Pros: - Excellent reception staff, very friendly and helpful - Spotlessly clean room, good temperature, small but nicely decorated, comfortable bed -Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries. I appreciated the eco theme of the room as large refillable bottles are provided instead of single use plastic bottles. This also means no slippers, bathrobe, toothpaste etc. so make sure to bring your own. Cons: - relatively thin walls so you can expect some noise especially if you are near the stairs or lifts. However the hotel appears to be a refurbished listed building so any similar hotels would have the same problem.”
-
Citadines Apart’hotel Trafalgar Square London
● Open“Great hotel overall, good location and good rooms. We didn't use any room service so I can't value it. Air conditioner is not regulable so I cannot choose air power and it's very noisy, but not as noisy as the fridge, which makes very loud random weird sounds, not letting me sleep well. Small old TV with not much technology, just including some basic channels and nothing else. Bathtub has a curtain, which is pretty old and weird to see as it's not very sanity-friendly, but it's cheaper, of course.”
