"The kettle kept tripping out the electric but was soon sorted by the staff. Heating would not work properly again the staff were on it and saved the day. Staff were very helpful"

"The staff were excellent, especially Michelle, Debbie & Bella, they were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was good, very comfortable bed. I will definitely stay again."
"Stayed here for the night. It's a premier inn, they're all pretty much the same. The hotel itself is feeling a bit tied and in need of a refresh. Elements in the room, heater scratched and damaged, Air Con didn't seem to work, extractor fan on the wall seemed to be really old and was damaged, finally the TV was very small for the size of the room. But with all of that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable."
"Staff very helpful and friendly, made the stay very pleasant. The rooms are in need of a little TLC and renew, as is looking rather tired in several ways. Don't get me wrong, our room was clean and we would stay again."
