JW Marriott Grosvenor House London
● Open“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”

The Red Lion Hotel
● Open“We stayed here for just one night. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and tidy. Staff on reception was also lovely. Breakfast food was lovely but there was one member of staff (man) as the girls was so polite made you feel like you was an inconvenience breakfast was served between 8-10am we got there about 9.25am and he made us feel like we had got there at 10am. We had to wait for a table which was not a problem but when we was seated the table was not set up properly we had to keep on asking for things Milk spoons the girl realized there was no side plates and we had to ask for our toast twice. The Duke's Head Hotel, Wallington
● Open“Been here a couple of times now, once for drinks and once for a Sunday roast. Both times were excellent. Super friendly and fast service. Dog friendly. Tvs in certain areas of the bar. There's a pub section and a restaurant section (no dogs in restaurant section). Free dog treats. The Sunday roasts were particularly incredible. I had the Fat Duke (mix of pork, chicken and beef) and it was honestly fantastic. 10/10 recommend”

Merit Kensington Hotel
● Open“We ended up staying here last minute after a terrible experience with a different hotel that was so overpriced and dirty and disappointing we decided to cancel it on the spot. We then walked around looking for another hotel that had space. So glad we found this one. Really clean, modern rooms and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Victor for helping us with the initial check in and also for his help many times with any requests we had while traveling with a young baby. We only stayed one night but we'll be back if we ever need to stay in that area in London. The hotel is very convenient with many supermarkets, pubs cafes all within short walk. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff at merit - we had a really restful stay thanks to you all!”

New Road Hotel
● Open“I've stayed at new road quite a few times and I always enjoy my stay. The staff are friendly and I love the games room. It can get noisy at times due to the area but I always ask for a quieter room towards the back of the hotel. Restaurant food is hit and miss but the servers are great. Would stay again and recommend too!”

-
Trailfinders London Conduit Street
● Closed“Was contacted by them after giving them a poor review because it was impossible to contact them. I then had their usual five star service with great planning and fantastic prices. They are under a lot of pressure but trying hard to sort out their access problems. Have used them for years and they are normally wonderful to deal with.”
-
Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Airport
● Open“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”
-
The Crown Hotel, Chertsey
● Open“Cannot fault this place, booked as it’s a dog friendly hotel. The rooms are very well presented and immaculately clean. The food was top notch and loads of good beers and real ales on offer and I have to say, the garden area is epic! All staff were extremely friendly and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone! Don’t think just book it!!!!!”

Holiday Inn Express London - Wandsworth, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Extremely impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the service. I was allowed an early check in and a bump up to a slightly bigger room which was spotless! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were pleasant and professional. I would stay here again if I was to visit London as this is out the way of the main city but close enough to a station to travel in quickly.”

Windmill Hotel Clapham

-
Premier Inn London Tower Bridge hotel
● Open“Used it twice now. It's within a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge underground. HMS Belfast and The Tower of London are very close too as is Borough Market. It's a great spot to base yourself to explore London. We used it for bed and breakfast for which it is perfect. Everyone knows that Premier Inn is no frills but for me it does what it's supposed to do. I totally recommend and will return.”
-
Premier Inn Maidstone (A26/Wateringbury) hotel
● Open“I stayed at this hotel with my now wife and our two children, I say now because we stayed here during our wedding. There was a little hiccup to begin with in that there was some confusions on our booking mainly due to group bookings and not the hotel itself. However they generously paid for our breakfast as to compensate for the 2 hour delay in us getting in our rooms for which I am very grateful for. The even decorated our room the night of our wedding day to ensure we felt extra special with a bottle of champagne and rose petals on the bed. Thankyou very much for your hospitality.”
-
The Tower Arms Hotel
● Open“I loved it! Great cosy pub, friendly staff, lovely clean room, decent breakfast and amazing price. You could pay 3x this for a soulless stay in a chain hotel.”
-
Premier Inn Hemel Hempstead West hotel
● Open“The thing with Premier inn’s are there are no surprises, you know exactly what your going to get. This inn is no different. That’s why we love staying in them. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth and safe. The room is standard and the beds are great. It was really quiet in the hotel, other than a boy racer revving his Corsa till late. We had an evening meal in the attached pub, the food was fine, not big portions though. We used this inn to follow on to the Harry Potter Studio Tour that isn’t that far away. The only let down with all Premier Inns is the Breakfast cost. Sure there’s plenty of choice, but nearly £10 is a bit much. The McDonalds opposite is far better value.”
-
Holiday Inn Guildford, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Me and my partner stayed for 1 night. We had a free room upgrade on arrival and the restaurant food was tasty but it was a little bit expensive. Breakfast was self-serve and very good quality. Beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Thank you for a pleasant stay.”
-
Premier Inn London Wembley Park hotel
● Open“Lovely hotel with amazing customer service. This is not a Brand New hotel, but don't let that put you off. The rooms have air con!! which is amazing, the level of cleanliness is spot on, the rooms are well equipped, everything works as it should, the staff are really approachable and customer service is top notch. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the Arena or in to central London, the hotel is directly opposite the Wembley Park Underground Station.”
-
Crowne Plaza London - Ealing, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We have been coming to this hotel for 25 years, a couple of times a year. We love this hotel, very clean, staff are friendly and they can’t do enough for us! Ali the chef is brilliant, breakfast is delicious! Pedro, the waiter is very professional and looks after us at breakfast. These members of staff are a credit to the hotel. We will be coming to see you all soon!”
-
Leonardo Hotel Croydon
● Open“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”
-
Premier Inn London New Southgate hotel
● Open“Visiting from the north to London to see a show the hotel is just before the congestion charge and a short walk to the tube to get into the city. On site parking at £5 pr 24 hrs, Only gripe was the bar closed at 11pm but all in all a very good couple of nights stay.”
-
Quality Hotel Hampstead
● Open“We chose this for one night because of its location – near to buses and Finchley Road underground – and because we needed a car park, which is free (but small). Overall, it was very good, with only a few minor disadvantages. Our first floor bedroom and bathroom were both very clean, with good lighting and mirrors in both. There was some scuffing to doors etc but this is 3-star not 5! The bedroom was larger than many in London at this price and was quiet and comfortable with 2 chairs, adequate hanging, drawer and shelf space for a short stay. A kettle and hairdryer were provided and the TV had a full range of UK Freeview channels. There were plenty of free power points. The bathroom was a reasonable size, hot water was almost instant and unlimited, there was soap and shower gel, and tissues, and the bath sheets were large and absorbent and light. The overhead shower was good but the very small glass screen meant the floor was very wet after showering. There was also a hand held shower head. The toilet flush struggled to cope at times. The breakfast buffet offered both continental (basic cereals, breads, croissants, jams, meat, cheese, natural and fruit yogurt and tinned fruit) and cooked (various eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes etc). Staff ask if you want toast. Drinks came from a self-service machine but, disappointingly, the hotel could not provide slices of lemon for my tea despite having a bar, nor do they have decaffeinated ground coffee, only instant sachets. The Orange Juice tasted quite odd, possibly it was mixed or confused with pineapple. The WiFi seemed Ok but we didn’t use it much.”
-
Hard Rock Hotel London
● Open“A part of a weekend away package. The service was excellent, the staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, they even manage to squeeze us in for a meal on a busy Saturday. As expected full of rock memorabilia the hotel is worth a visit if you're not staying. Very close to Hyde Park, bonus for us as we sat on the grass listening to the Rolling Stones in concert. The only issue We had was the toilet was very close to the sink and a bit of a squeeze. Otherwise worth every penny.”
