“After a bumpy start as I have a lot of medication that’s sometime difficult to get hold of and Phlo was settling in with the right delivery company, so completely out of their control, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Phlo and their lovely staff, anymore. They were fantastic throughout lockdown when I was shielding. I’ll continue with them for as long as possible as it saves me when I physically can’t get to the chemist and that, of course, is generally when I need the extra pain meds! Order it on my phone, couple of days and it’s at the door. I’m not in London nor near a big town so for rural living these guys are perfect.”

“There are bad reviews about this surgery but I would like to sing their praises. I went to the surgery today with my daughter who had a flu jab at 8.00a.m. My appointment was 1.00p.m. but Doctor Eliad was prepared for me to have my vaccination early, due to being with my Daughter. Whilst I was there an elderly gentleman needed a prescription, he was told to go to the pharmacist and explain that he needed an urgent prescription. The gentleman explained to Doctor Eliad that the pharmacist is not normally helpful. Doctor Eliad said he would put the computer on specially to send a prescription through to the pharmacist. That is what I call “going beyond the call of duty, on a Saturday. Thank you Garston Medical Centre.”

“This place really helped me when I was ill. The nurses were just amazing, they were kind, caring and patient, despite working 13 hour shifts, and often putting up with abuse from unwell patients. For the most part the hospital is clean, modern and safe. There's a lot of natural light and outdoor spaces, and each room is en-suit. There are optional activities throughout the day, and a big screen telly in each ward. The food there is good, compared with most hospitals. It is surrounded by the beautiful 7 Kings Park, and has good near-by transport links for when people come and visit you. It is clear that they are really stretched on resources, but even still myself and my friends on the Ward all received good care. I am all better now, and just really grateful for the NHS providing the care that saved my life, and even more grateful for the Nurses of NELFT who worked so hard, yet also were so very kind. Thank you Sunflowers Court! 5-Stars.”

“The surgery has been improved significantly with new management and better services provided by the staff that work there. I recently went to the surgery and was surprised by how well maintained and inviting the atmosphere felt when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly towards me and there wasn't any delays at all. The facilities were beyond my expectations and I was certainly not expecting it to be so luxurious. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in through the front doors of the surgery up to the point of getting a prescription. I highly recommend this surgery and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there upon my visit.”

“I came to get the prescription. Was told to come back in 15 mins which I happily did after shopping at Nisa. Prescription was ready, I paid for it and a man looked at me and wished me good health. It touched my heart because I was feeling unwell for several weeks and to hear some nice words from a stranger in a busy environment was so nice. I must have come on a bad day the first time. “Kido is a caring and supportive nursery that our daughter loves. We moved to Kido from another Crouch End nursery as soon as it opened and we like everything about it. The staff are friendly and cheerful, the facilities are brand new and rich in resources for the kids, and our daughter is making friends and learning new things every day. The curriculum is unique and is giving our daughter exposure to sign language, Mandarin, sport, and so much more. And we particularly appreciate how communicative Kido is with parents - there's an app that provides daily personalized updates, photos of your child, and other news - and staff communicate regularly with parents about events at the nursery. We really couldn't be happier and would recommend Kido to anyone in the Crouch End area.”

“Used the online service to send in my medical query on Wednesday night (non urgent), response from the surgery within 14hrs even though states up to 48hrs for non urgent and teleconsultation with the gp within 36hrs. Really efficient way to deal with non urgent medical issues. Much easier than trying to get through on the phone. Really impressed. There is so much negativity about general practice and trying to speak to a GP at the moment that even I thought this would be the case. Thank you for your continued hard work in these challenging times.”
