"If I could give half a star I would. This Practice, doesn't take patients seriously. The receptionists will hang up on you and dismiss you without helping you. if you manage to communicate with the Doctors, my last few visits have been extremely unpleasant. Dismissed put on referrals that haven't been put through. Do not recommend joining this practise"

"The surgery has been improved significantly with new management and better services provided by the staff that work there. I recently went to the surgery and was surprised by how well maintained and inviting the atmosphere felt when you first walk in. The staff were very friendly towards me and there wasn't any delays at all. The facilities were beyond my expectations and I was certainly not expecting it to be so luxurious. Everything went smoothly and efficiently from the moment I walked in through the front doors of the surgery up to the point of getting a prescription. I highly recommend this surgery and I appreciate the excellent service provided by the staff there upon my visit."

"Poor poor reception staff. It such a highly competent environment of incompetency that even the new young receptionist s that join them start off on the same footing as the already present senior ones who can neither understand, speak or communicate: neither can they perform the simplest of tasks. My wife applied for a maternity exemption certificate and it took them numerous phone calls and visits to process them, all the while reassuring ther that it was sent off only for her to receive a penalty for nhsbsa. Same happened for my diabetic medical exemption certificate that despite applying on the 7 dEC and doctor signed off at 14 December, the exemption letter still sat with them till 18 January. I called in today to ask them and was told that it might be I'm process and wait a bit more.having known their track record of insufficiency, I went in myself only to find the form still sitting in their prescription rack waiting to be dispatched and being reassured again that it will be posted next week. I still remember the young receptionist with spectacle s whom I first gave the form and had a gut feeling that she wouldn't send it forward. The entire staff only seem to be interested in chatting and having a good time."
