"The receptionist was ridiculous. I called and she told me to visit the clinic next day. When I did, she said I didn’t have an appointment. As I observe, the receptionist is friendly particularly to white people. Such fantastic service that it doesn’t even deserve a star."

"Used the online service to send in my medical query on Wednesday night (non urgent), response from the surgery within 14hrs even though states up to 48hrs for non urgent and teleconsultation with the gp within 36hrs. Really efficient way to deal with non urgent medical issues. Much easier than trying to get through on the phone. Really impressed. There is so much negativity about general practice and trying to speak to a GP at the moment that even I thought this would be the case. Thank you for your continued hard work in these challenging times."
