My 93 year old father has had several episodes of sepsis due to acute kidney injury and on 3 occasions now has completely lost mobility after being hospitalised for a number of weeks. On each occasion the Caring Physio team have built his confidence and strength to make him fully mobile again. The most recent occasion dad was hospitalised and immobile for 6 weeks and extremely unwell. Totally unable to even stand on discharge within 3 visits he was walking again. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment you’ve had. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. “Gregory and his team saved the day. We have two 12yo cats, and one of them does not do well (at all) in catteries. Gregory came well recomended through another of his clients and he booked us in for a trip we had to take suddenly. I can't say enough good stuff about this service; his thorough research and preparation and then videos updating us on how things were progressing. The most important thing is that Gregory really does like cats. It became evident in how are cats warmed up to him over our two weeks away. “I started Pilates classes at Vanbrugh physio with Anja at the beginning of the year to help with injury prevention and flexibility. I’ve never really got on with Pilates before but absolutely love these classes. They’re small so you feel like you’re getting personal attention and Anja and Rachel are fantastic teachers who bring great energy and knowledge. I’m feeling stronger and more supple and it’s definitely the most relaxing part of my week. Cannot recommend highly enough.”

This chemist has always been excellent for service, knowledge and product, but recently I was bowled over by their kindness and dedication to me: I needed to get some medication for my cat and was having real trouble in doing so via veterinary channels. I called Ana, the pharmacist, at Gees who went away and checked and promptly called me back. She explained to me exactly what my vet's prescription should say and what options were available, plus she also offered to be in DIRECT CONTACT with my vet to ensure everything was done correctly. Ana not only demonstrated a 100% knowledge of what my cat needed, but also a really touching and dedicated service for which I and my cat are really grateful. Like i say, I have always been impressed with the service I get at Gees and would have recommended this chemist to anyone looking for excellent knowledge and premium service. But I particularly want to give these great a people a big shout out here - they haven't just looked after me but also Gara the cat! It is so reassuring to know that a chemist of this class operates near where I live. What a great, friendly, professional and CARING bunch they are!”
