Normally drivers leave if you don't have cash, even when not your fault. He was accommodating and patient in stopping at next cash point. Thank you for a service very well delivered. “Can't reccomend Kelly enough! Kelly is so knowledgable and caring it really put me at ease - and I normally worry a lot about leaving them when we go away! There was attention to detail, reasonable rates, updates in pictures and messages and so much care and little details! Also, Kelly made sure we showed proof of vaccination first which is great. I particularly liked that beforehand Kelly asked lots about my buns likes and dislikes, meal times, fav snacks so it really shows all the care and consideration! “The car park is big, it has click and collect bay area. Inside there's Harris and Hooke plus Costa express machine. Also H&B shop too. There is public toilet inside. The upstairs has electronic and home appliance and clothes. The staff are very helpful, so if you can't find an item they will help you. Opposite the car park area there is petrol station and car wash”

“The only independent pharmacy in New Malden! Very professional staff. There's a great range of products such as Vichy, Roche Posay, Bioderma. Lovely baby products such as Mustela; and medical products such as Solgar vitamins. Great service from a lovely team!”

“I use this for all my drop offs and never had a problem. At first when I first came here the workers didn't speak much to me. Bit overtime they've shown they are friendly, honest and helpful. Only thing I can say is I see a lot of aggressive people come into the shop and workers have to be on guard. This is my main drop off store. And long will it continue. 5 star service It also is a great convenience shop, with a wide variety of items to pick from. Lots of space.”
