"Extremely unhelpful. I had passport photo taken at a cost of £15 before Christmas and New Year. When I applied on line I was informed my picture had expired as I hadn't done it within the month (3 days late!). I was told in a very unfriendly manner by staff that it wasn't their job to educate the public. So rude!"

"I've been given the run around by this pharmacy all week and now I've had enough. Twice this week they haven't had my prescribed medication and I have to trail elsewhere without even an apology. Do they really think sick patients should be trailing around every pharmacy in town? Anyway, today I am not well so my mother goes to collect my medication. When she arrives home I find that the box has been opened and the medication tampered with. This used to be a good pharmacy, so I'm guessing it's now under new management. A pity because the staff here are now very rude and unhelpful. Therefore I would not recommend."
