"I want to advise people who top up oyster cards here to check that it has indeed been topped up correctly. Unfortunately an though I paid via card for two weekly cards they took the money but failed to credit the oyster card and then they denied it’s there mistake. What’s this world coming to"

"Completely agree with the other reviews... you can visually see the disappointment of the staff when you just want to return something .... Not a fan of the vibe I get from the store, there's nothing that makes me want to venture further in to properly browse and consider doing anything other than return a parcel."

"I’m not sure why they have opted into Hermes parcel service. The staff absolutely hate that you’re there to send or return a parcel. Any desire to buy something from the store vanished immediately. Extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful."

"Just attended to collect a parcel delivered by Hermes. The lady asked for my address and although I gave her the one on the parcel because it was different to the one on my ID card she refused to give it to me. After about 10 mins arguing and trying to prove my identity and getting the receipt up on the website she finally gave the parcel to me. Very rude and stressful experience would definitely not use this shop again."
