"I had a hamster who was kept for 3 weeks. He came back with clumps of fur missing, his cage/bedding had not been changed once and he was visibly gaunt. I have had to have him put down as he was suffering too much. He was running around all the time when I left him with you and he would barely move when I got him back. He may have been older but the change was extremely drastic and his cage was frankly filthy. He had weighed 147g before and weighed 109g when I got him back. I know plenty of people give you good reviews but how you treated my hamster is inexcusable."

"Can't reccomend Kelly enough! Kelly is so knowledgable and caring it really put me at ease - and I normally worry a lot about leaving them when we go away! There was attention to detail, reasonable rates, updates in pictures and messages and so much care and little details! Also, Kelly made sure we showed proof of vaccination first which is great. I particularly liked that beforehand Kelly asked lots about my buns likes and dislikes, meal times, fav snacks so it really shows all the care and consideration!
