Their partner in Norway, UPS really messed things up with both customs and lack of information making delivery over two weeks delayed. Clintopia eventually got involved in my case, and took charge over the never ending dialogue with UPS Custumer Service, keeping me in the loop all the time. After only two days, my goods were finally released from customs and are expected to be delivered witin the next couple of days. Thank you Clintopia, hope you will expand to Norway soon :-)”
