“Been here twice now to two of their escape rooms. We had Frances this time, who was fun, energetic and really made the experience. Gave us all of the information we needed, set the scene and let us start. The escape room itself was really fun, atmospheric and Frances got in a good jumpscare. Would really recommend the Shepherds Bush branch of Escape London, all of their staff that we've met have been lovely. And if you get Frances running your game, you're guaranteed fun!
