“Lovely hotel with amazing customer service. This is not a Brand New hotel, but don't let that put you off. The rooms have air con!! which is amazing, the level of cleanliness is spot on, the rooms are well equipped, everything works as it should, the staff are really approachable and customer service is top notch. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the Arena or in to central London, the hotel is directly opposite the Wembley Park Underground Station.”

Another lady whom looks like she's new, she was learning on the job but stayed steady. I have a feeling she is mindful not to keeping customers waiting.
