"Security staff in this store is utterly ignorant of assistance dogs and the UK law that protects our right to access services and businesses. A security guard is so ignorant that they think only deaf people use assistance dogs. The video i jnclude here shows that staff, their ignorance, their name and i expect management to fire this person. Manhagement, please do not answer with useless statements, watch the video, your answers are there. The discrimination took place 12:15, 18th February 2023."
