"I was returning wrong item that was sent to me instead of what I ordered. Guys at the door didn't let me in because I didn't have some amazon pass and couldn't enter the shop, instead they took my item and told me that everything is sorted and I should receive the refund, which I did at first, but after a month amazon charged me again for the same amount of that refund with the explanation that they never received the item. I couldn't believe I would be robed that way and there was no way for me to do anything about that except this review."
