"I have been a loyal customer for over a year and a half. I’ve come in every other day and spent £20+. I went in today and the man sold me a fake vape. After I confronted him he started screaming at me in front of other customers. He kept saying it doesn’t matter if it’s fake, it does the same thing. He didn’t refund me or replace the product. He was trying to intimidate and continuously spoke down to me. I feel very disappointed that my trust was broken and I was treated in that way. Fake vapes can be detrimental to the users health and the fact that this man did not care about that or the fact that I just spent £12 on an item that I wouldn’t use is pathetic."

"Hard to get through, ussualy a lot of kids staying on the entrance, and in front of till. Lot of times staff make counting mistakes, allwsys just in theyr favour, never a honest mistake. I try to avoid it. But good location near Wembley Park Station, and plenty of goods."
