Megan was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable and the whole experience was very straightforward and stress-free. She talked us through all the options, gave good recommendations and made him feel really at ease. We came away having booked everything he needed in less than an hour! "I used Moss Bros for my Wedding (particularly the Bluewater store). I rented 7 groomsmen dinner suits / tuxes. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond (specifically Anna) for the groomsmen and I. One of the groomsmen needed a change in sizing 2 days before the wedding and they kindly provided this by delivering the new trousers to our accommodation in the Cotswolds, where we were staying. The quality of the tuxes were also great and the Groomsmen really enjoyed wearing them - would highly recommend! Thanks Moss Bros Bluewater!"

"Entered on a quiet Sunday. No one spoke to me until I paid - which was after 10 minutes of waiting because the cashier was chatting to his mate, a colleague and a completely separate customer. At least they had some stock, unlike many of the other stores recently, but overall - extremely poor."
