I tried the Treatment Rooms and was immediately at ease that Dr Vara, who did my initial consultation, would be the person carrying-out the procedure. He answered all and any questions I had and was completely honest about the potential results. On the day, the procedure was actually incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. Dr Vara, Dr Fernando and their entire team were incredibly friendly, great fun, highly knowledgeable and consummate professionals - my comfort was their highest concern and nothing was too much trouble. The procedure was literally pain-free. Even the initial aneasthetic injections were barely noticeable due to their novel distraction technique. I’m now a few days into my recovery - there’s still no discomfort at all and the results are looking great. Their aftercare has been comprehensive with full instructions on what I need to do and I know I’m able to contact Dr Vara personally should I have any questions or concerns at all. I had been considering a transplant for a couple of years, but within minutes of meeting Dr Vara any hesitation disappeared and I’m so pleased I went ahead. I can’t wait to see the final results! The Treatment Rooms exceeded my expectations in every respect and I really couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Absolute legends!”

We sampled quite a few across the range, pale ales, ipa’s, bitters and stouts and they were all lovely. “I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.”

My husband, who is more traditional, had a mixed grill... huge portions but not at the expence of quality . Good beer ,( local pale ale ) and wine (house Malbec). Exceeded our expectations”

“Have seen many different, Physios, Osteopaths and Chiropractors over the years and always felt like, although my symptoms were being treated they never helped me understand the cause if the issue. Sam not only treats the injury, he gets right to the cause of it and then gives you the tools to manage and correct it going forward. I had immediate improvements after my first treatment which enabled me to get back to training. A few suggested tweaks from Sam and anther appointment and I'm back to 100%. “We had the cupboard underneath the stairs knocked out, and Priest Brothers installed shelves, and three drawers, two of which were shoe racks. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and helpful The cupboards look fantastic, and provide an enormous amount of additional storage. The workmanship is a very high standard, and the area was cleared and cleaned very thoroughly afterwards. We’ve bought all our wooden furniture from Priest Brothers (dining table, chairs, sideboard), as well as a few bespoke items (radiator cover, coffee tables) and would have no hesitation in recommending them”

“Having done a bit of research and tried a few other forms of therapy, I was interested in trying mindfulness based cognitive therapy and came across Alex. The combination of hypnotherapy over the first few weeks to help to calm down with the following mindfulness training has been life changing - it's very much a case of having to put the work in, but despite having only just finished the course I can clearly notice the difference between weeks where I keep up with the practice and ones where I'm more lax. Alex himself is a really personable guy and it's enjoyable to work through it with him. It's hard work sometimes, but you get out what you put in and ultimately I feel confident now that I have a load of tools to use both on a consistent basis and as and when I need them.”

“I've only ever driven through Cheam before my visit yesterday, a trip by public transport (tram and train) from Croydon specifically to visit the Whitehall museum, housed in a grade II* listed former domestic dwelling dating from before the reign of Henry VIII. While the museum is an important place of reference for local history, geared more towards children than adults, it also houses the excellent Freedom Caffe' tearoom. The restrictions imposed by such an old, historic house may mean they can't use a normal commercial coffee machine but the range of soft drinks is impressive and more importantly, the vegan options for lunch are delicious. I highly recommend both the vegan sausage roll with salad and the vegan Greek. Then there are the cakes... The only vegan option on the day was a chocolate pear and apple cake but it was gorgeous and the staff were attentive and friendly and the food reasonably priced. I also noted the fresh pasta preparation. There's more to Cheam than the museum but whatever else you're doing it's well worth making sure you visit the Freedom Caffe' for a drink and a bite to eat.”
