"My advice is do not use them We waited over an hour then phoned them. They informed us that it was cooked and they were just waiting for a driver to be allocated. We waited another 15 minutes and called them yet again and were told the exact same thing . No surprise our pizza never turned. up."

"When I've had pizza from here and it's good, but they fail to deliver or are disingenuous about delivery times. This is directly through their own website as well so no excuses around apps. I have ordered from here several times to support new business but the service is poor and wouldn't advise others to order."

"Didn’t even deliver. Delivery driver was rude and aggressive and still failed to deliver. Called me a “stupid woman” when he failed to be able to enter the door codes, amongst other abuse. Restaurant denied he was their driver. Deliveroo confirmed he was. Driver, restaurant and HQ customer service all hung up on me. Absolute failure in addressing customer issues. Embarrassment of a pizza place. Glad to go elsewhere"
