“After a bit of a nightmare at other sofa stores and being "stalked" by sales assistants, we came to dfs and met Zaha, she was lovly and friendly . Zaha also knew exactly what she was doing and measurements from her mind, she knew her products. A very nice shopping experience. Thankyou”

“Went to this store to get set up ahead of baby’s arrival. The staff were so friendly and talked me through my options for clothes, bedding, baths etc. It probably took me about two hours to get everything together and was supported the whole time with all questions answered. Wonderful service and I will definitely be back”

“I went to the appointment with my better half. She said the staff she dealt with as extremely polite and courteous, even jovial which was lovely. The mature gentleman you meet at the entrance looks pretty miserable, so to cheer him up I would recommend you smile at him and have your appointment letter ready.”
