“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

Whilst some of their prices are questionable they have a really good range of equipment and clothing and their women's department has improved greatly in the last year. The staff are what make this shop as they actually know their stock and how to help you rather than selling you overpriced stuff you don't need.”

“I don't have regular pedicures, but having badly torn a toenail I booked an appointment. I googled a few places and this sounded good. I was not disappointed. My feet are transformed! A lovely couple running the business. Great client service and I loved the massage chair. I decided I might as well have a manicure too. Not like me! This is nothing like the previous experience of other nail bars. I can't recommend this place enough.”

This is such a lovely salon and for me it is not just about having my hair done but also a lovely experience where I always come away feeling happy and relaxed. “Had a lovely personalised experience shopping at vogue Couture with my sisters and mum. The team were super helpful, very knowledgeable on what would suit our different body shapes. The added benefit of being able to have alterations was also great. The shop itself is very aesthetically pleasing with a huge selection of beautiful dresses. In my experience, Stuart will give you open and honest advice about what works and doesn't work including whether a style is going to suit you before you go for the big chop! I joined them last week and was so impressed by both the waitress and the duty manager for the way they engaged with us and looked after us all. “Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”
