"Tired to book several cars on a pre paid service for the guests at the end of the night of our wedding and on several occasions they hung up on me. Shame as it would of been a good job for them. Luckily a local London taxi did the job and earned £300 for and hour and half’s work for less than 10 miles. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Not reliable."

"Never use this business, Failed to turn up at 5:30am for airport run for my elderly mother. Then will quite happily deny they had any contact with us whatsoever even though they have the return meet and greet booked."

"Can't comment on the actual transport service as I never made it past the booking stage.. First booking attempt was for a transfer to the airport, early morn mid-week, and was told they were fully booked (surprising but why not). Second time was pick up from the airport and after a three day email exchange and calls, we were let down just before boarding our plane home and given a raft of excuses.. not cool when you're travelling with a 6 month old baby! Try booking with them at your own risks, I know I wouldn't."
