“I'm not a coffee shop expert but what I can say it is nice, peaceful and clean. The staff don't disturb the customers peace and there is a spot at the front of the store if one wishes to smoke and have a coffee before they go to work or get some fresh air or something like that. Their art on the walls gives the store a homely feeling and they keep up to date with seasonal festivities in relevant fashion.”

Their coffee is literally perfect and the baristas really know what they’re doing. Their Anzac cookies are also so tasty - would highly recommend this lovely café.”

Prices are good and the inside of the cafe is clean and comfortable. Larger groups can sit together and the owners are very accommodating. Even if your eating in you can ask for your coffee in a to go cup....perfect.”

“Iv just visited Caffe Nero not to far from victoria train station & found it very warm & well coming there, the coffee was very good also the seating is very comfortable its the sort of place where you can relax & enjoy your coffee in peice & quiet, so all in all i would give this Caffe a 5 star rating & hope that Caffe Nero keeps this standard of service up as it is without doubt the best Caffe in that area by a long, long way. yours truely a very satisfied customer.”

“Staff are helpful and polite which makes a nice change. I'd appreciate some variation in the lines carried every now and again but can't complain given the size of the shop. You could actually do a weekly shop in here if forced to but it's best for a quick thing you forgot.”

“A good selection of items but a very dysfunctional layout that needs getting used to. However they have a nice selection of ready made meals as well as salads and sandwiches. The bakery section is quite lovely but I feel that many customer use their hands to select the pastry of their option. They have a comprehensive selection of wines and beers. There are self service tills and the staff is always helpfull and friendly. There is no parking which is inconvenient.”

I love how Caffé Nero is a low fuss and down to earth coffee joint and never charges extra for non dairy milk options!”
