"I went into this coffee shop for a couple of coffees and a biscuit. I was overcharged and question my bill. I was told the till was unable to charge me the advertised price (take out) I asked for a credit for the overpriced item only to be abused by the server, I was told she had only just opened and couldn’t I see she was stressed!!! At this point I was told I was not welcome!!! She took 5 minutes to try and give me a credit only to be told that the till didn’t like it!!!!! I left leaving my credit for two coffees in the till. What a terrible experience. How often are they overcharging without the customer knowing?????"
