“It started raining, and I dived into this Cafe Nero. Okay, the pannini was overpriced and rather disappointing but that's normal. The Americano coffee, on the other hand, was just right and exactly what I needed. So, this is your go to place for coffee, but who needs food!”

“Nice atmosphere. Really lovely staff. Good there's a loo on site too. We had a cheese and tomato croissant served warm. Slice of carrot cake and a good cup of coffee. There are sandwiches, paninis, toasties on offer as well as soup,sausage rolls and a selection of cakes.”

It is never too busy (although only ever been weekdays before 09.00 and after 18.00) and has a great selection of everything except for some reason children's toys and games.”

“Very close to railway station. Clean warm room. Very friendly and helpful staff.easy booking in and nice hot breakfast. Pub restaurant opposite the hotel that was very busy during our stay. Retail park just down the road and easily walking distance. Ample free parking at hotel.”

“The staff were very helpful. I was buying loose nuts and dropped some on the floor. They didn't ask me to pay for them even though I was willing to. They have paper and biodegradable bags for the loose fill food.”

“They also do takeaway, and all you need to do is ask when your ordering at the café. Excellent Raheb (vegan) and very tasty Hummus Beirut (vegan). The Raheb especially was a very large portion, and for £8.50 can feed 2, if not 3 people. Both meals came with decent dressed salad (pickles, and common veg) and thin pitta bread.”

“I always come here to eat a sandwich and drink chai tea with my colleagues from work. The costumer service was always so awful that we have almost given up out coffee breaks. We then decided to go back yesterday and we met Holly (she has coloured hair, very pretty) and she made us feel so welcome, her costumer service is amazing, she treated us so well that we came back today again to have lunch here. Holly saved two regular costumers with her warm welcome, always smiling and the way she served us, that NEVER happened before. We felt very special, thank you Holly!! We will keep coming now, Haris and Hoole Team please keep Holly in there she is amazing, the place really needs someone like her, she makes the place a lot better! :)”
