"Mocha was nice. Unfortunately the cleanliness of this establishment needs improvement. Arrived at 11:30 and the toilets and floor in areas were already filthy. There were 3 members of staff and it wasn’t overly busy to the point where a staff member couldn’t just do a general clean. Even the spoons are badly stained (photo uploaded)"

"Lady with curly hair was very rude when I told her my order was wrong as I had specifically said soy milk in both drinks this is not the first visit and they normally know I have only soy milk She abruptly said you did not say soy you said skimmed .... walked away slammed the cup in the sink and made a new one and done the bill and walked away with an attitude. The tall man is who I usually see and he is very nice and listens to what you ask for. Overall the staff need proper customer service training"
