“Its a great stay, staff are so kind and helpful, the beds are so comfortable and room was very clean. I missed my breakfast by 40 minutes because I got the timing wrong and Falguni was kind enough to give me toast and a yogurt. That really touched my heart and she didn't have to, she also went ahead to ask me if I needed anything else. Love the service would definelty recommend.”

“UPDATE 09th June 2020 As of today, UPS has cancelled the 'drop off' service in this store (the store is still opened though). I've been using this "UPS - Drop off point" since 2017 with no problems. Every time l go I get a friendly and super fast service (I hardly ever waited for more than 1 customer). The guys know their stuff so the 'drop off' is as fast as you want it: scan your parcel's QR code, drop the box on the floor and you're good to go. Thank you!”

“I have visited this place a few times now and the food is amazing. I love the kebab roll, loaded chips and the pink chaii is amazing. What is even more amazing is the staff that work here. On my first visit and my other visits I was greeted by two beautiful friendly and smiley faces. Aniqa and Jasmine, they were so polite and helped me in choosing my order (as I had never tried the food before). Their customer service is excellent and they kept checking in with me to see if I was satisfied. These girls deserve a gold star and are a credit to your establishment. Omar was also very friendly when I met him briefly.”

“I have just stayed here for the second time and it was as good as the last. This hotel offers value for money considering it's great location right next door to the station. The rooms of of a high quality, having travelled the world as airline crew I've stayed in some top hotels and this is up there with some of them. The rooms look and feel clean and fresh, they offer extras like a hairdryer which others at similar prices don't. Overall I'd definitely recommend W12 Rooms, and would use them again. The reception staff are helpful and very friendly too.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”
