"I would just like to say that the staff have been exceptionally welcoming and kind. Especially Naomi who I bothered with fixing my keycard as it stopped working a couple times. She had great knowledge and I was able to receive satisfied answers to the questions I have asked. One more thing I would love to point out is how patient she was as I have a speaking deficiency (Extreme stuttering) I was not rushed at all and she was very understanding. The hotel should be happy to see that they have an employee with outstanding customer service skills"

"Only stayed a short while for work, Ali greeted me and coworkers with enthusiasm. Checked us in quickly and with no problems, which was great due to us finishing a long shift. He served me a long awaited Guinness poured perfectly and at a great price. Only problem I had was with the Tv with how small it was compared to the room but apart from that I enjoyed the short stay I had. Speacial thanks to Ali on the night shift."

"Fantastic hotel! Very clean and tidy rooms. Shower was incredible, I felt like I was getting a jet wash - loved it. Location is perfect, easy to get to central London. Price was great too. I honestly think the bad reviews are from people who are expecting 5 star experience."

"Staff were helpful and polite. Room however was shocking. I'm not expecting anything amazing from travelodge but this was below standard. The room had a horrible musty smell when we walked in, smelt like damp. I found a large finger nail on the floor and the general cleanliness of the room just didn't feel great. Breakfast was ok, can't complain. Car park was not free which was disappointing. But it wasn't too expensive. £16 for 48 hours."

"Its a great stay, staff are so kind and helpful, the beds are so comfortable and room was very clean. I missed my breakfast by 40 minutes because I got the timing wrong and Falguni was kind enough to give me toast and a yogurt. That really touched my heart and she didn't have to, she also went ahead to ask me if I needed anything else. Love the service would definelty recommend."
