"Disappointed for the first time! A regular weekend customer. Always come back for chai and karachi bunkebab for weekend bites. Was looking forward this weekend too. But was disappointed with what I received. Ordered chocolate mousse, K bunkebab and chai. The other 2 things were perfect but bunkebabs kebab was stale, raw and wasn't smelling right. Never received this kind of service no matter how busy it has been in the past. Hope you guys can fix that. Thanks"
"I have visited this place a few times now and the food is amazing. I love the kebab roll, loaded chips and the pink chaii is amazing. What is even more amazing is the staff that work here. On my first visit and my other visits I was greeted by two beautiful friendly and smiley faces. Aniqa and Jasmine, they were so polite and helped me in choosing my order (as I had never tried the food before). Their customer service is excellent and they kept checking in with me to see if I was satisfied. These girls deserve a gold star and are a credit to your establishment. Omar was also very friendly when I met him briefly."

"Whilst Chaiwala is the first of its kind and the food here is fantastic! The service and hygiene is becoming questionable. We came in and took a seat. We requested for the table to be cleared 3 times. Eventually I cleared the table myself and set the dishes to the side and finally one of the girls came over and cleaned up the table and apologised. Given the fact that there are plenty of new restaurants that are copying Chaiwala’s unique idea and popping up everywhere, Chaiwala really needs to ensure they maintain a good quality service and cleanliness. The food is still the best and the staff are very polite. However dress code really needs to be adhered to and staff really need to look presentable."
