"Excellent service during a busy time. My coffee was great."
"Seating area too small, I got my drinks but then nowhere to sit down. The front is designed for 2 people but all taken up by one person on their laptop. The rear of the shop has some tables but these were also full and not a particularly nice place sit. However coffee and staff nice."
"Really nice room at the back, just wish I could get a seat as so many single customers taking up a whole table on their laptops! Dogs need to be kept off the chairs too! Coffee and food lovely and friendly staff"
"Caffè Nero at Cheam Village is a great place to stop for coffee and snacks. The coffee is very good, as is the selection of pastries and sandwiches. The staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating and relaxing music. The outdoor seating is nice on a sunny day. Overall, it's a great place to relax and have a coffee or snack."
"I’ve been attending this Nero for some time but over the last few weeks the coffee quality had taken a turn! Really poor cappuccino! The turnaround of staff is constant which might explain the issue."
