"Booked online and got confirmation of chosen slot. Drove all the way there...only to be told I'm not on their system. Representative explained I didn't appear so they didn't expect me and wouldn't be able to fit me in. Helpful...not! Asked if I wanted to rebook...like really?! Wasted my time and schedule. I called their customer services afterward only to be told booking online and NOT appearing on their system 'never' happens. I was a rare case. They booked me another slot...this time I requested a home visit...and guess what happened?! ...needless to tell you they lied...yes...they didn't turn up. Said I didn't appear on the technician's schedule and by that time he was clocking off at 2pm so no way he was going to turn up now. What a disgrace! Do not use this amateur outfit. They'll just end up wasting your precious time without any regard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE AMATEURS!"

"Had my car's windscreen replaced on 19/03/2022 paid 756 pounds and the windshield was not original and not only that but it was all scratched up and wrong size so now I have to arrange New appointment and pay more for original windscreen to fit my car Advice not to use them, definitely not going to be using them myself next time just a rip off nothing else"
"Great job, super friendly staff, offered an earlier appointment than originally booked (which was great for me). Ideally placed in Galleons Reach so that I was able to entertain myself for the 1.5ish hours it took to replace my windscreen. Well done Autoglass."
