Hyatt House London Stratford
“Great hotel. Staff was amazing and very helpful and accommodating. They took great care of me and my guests. I will be staying at this property again in the future.”
Hotel DC
“I have stayed here for three nights in the double room. The room was very clean and nice. The location was also accessible to visit places. They also have free parking and breakfast. The staff were helpful and very kind. There service was very excellent. I enjoyed my stay and it was very relaxed. Thank you Hotel DC. I will definitely visit again soon”
ibis London Canning Town
“We stayed in this hotel Fri-Mon as a base to explore London. Wow we were impressed. Firstly the staff, everyone we spoke to were super friendly and really helpful. Secondly, the laid back lobby/cafe area had a really great vibe, we were happy spending a few hours in here one evening. They offered us two free drinks as we joined their membership (completely free and just a touch of a link). The breakfast was perfect, cooked well and great selection. The room has everything you need, good size and extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything outside of our room. The wifi is good throughout, the beds are really comfy and there are spare cushions in the rooms. Checkout is 12 which is great for London! Location wise, this is just outside of the tube station (jubilee line) so couldn’t be more convenient, we recommend heading towards the o2 for great restaurants, dockside walks and the cable car only 1 stop away or 15 minute walk. 10/10 would recommend and we would definitely book an Ibis again.”
The Jolly Drayman Pub and Hotel
“A regular visitor to this pub. And a welcome extension is taking place. That will complete the place for me. Good beer and friendly staff”
The Carpenters Arms Hotel
“Food is always very good. Service can get a bit slow, but mostly because it's usually very busy. However, that doesn't affect the atmosphere negatively as the tables are sufficiently spaced out. This has become our lunch venue of choice to take clients or for work celebratory lunches. Haven't stayed there though.”
Ruby Lucy Hotel & Bar
“I am happy that I found a really nice hotel to stay in London, after bad experiences in other places in the past. I love the design at the bar and really nice room, with a very comfortable mattress. Staff is lovely, great cocktails at the bar and very good breakfast. Location, staff, rooms, everything was perfect. Highly recommended.”
The Z Hotel Strand
“Such a good price for the location. Our room had no windows but it was much more tasteful than other hotels with no windows, with nice decor and lighting. The staff were lovely and service was excellent. If you're travelling with a partner you'd want to be very comfortable with each other as the en suite bathroom had thin frosted glass walls!”
Urbany Hostel London
“The location is great, right near Hyde Park and some metro stations. A simple space, yet a comfortable one. (The stairs make for a great work out!) Guests were respectful. Staff was nice and helpful ✨ Would stay again.”
City View Apartments
“Lovely place! However Flat 20 should be avoided at all costs”
Urban Mutts Hotels
“We went for a trial hour with my German Shepard (35kg) and found it was well organised and the temperament of each dog was considered before, during and after the play socialisation. The owner was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and caring about the dogs. He felt calm and considered factors such as resource guarding(no issues), stimulation (ball play provided) and was respectful to those dogs that needed extra attention (rescue dog and 1 to 1 at reception for other dogs that needed a little tlc). The receptionist warm and greeted my dog confidently as I feel not all places are open to large breeds which they do accept as long as they do not have aggressive or behavioural concerns. Rachel (other staff) was also very observant, warm and professional. Most dogs were smaller medium size we saw today but Kuma seemed to be stimulated by the several meet and greets. Overall we would return again for a couple of hours and continue to see how our dog progresses. Good place drop off your dog when heading to the Westfield centre for a few hours and the dog hotel seems nicely laid out. We struggled to find it the first time but then found it easy the second time after speaking to them. You go to Westfield car park A, follow Waitrose signs partially until you see sign -1 then take slight right on the same level, don’t drive down to the bottom level. We also got some good quality dog snacks (we avoid grains for my dog) which he currently enjoying.”
Lions Den Cat Hotel
“Friendly owner and staff and our cat well looked after. Cubicles always look clean with lovely views into garden.”
Hawthorn Cat Hotel
“My cat loved it out there. The ladies there are very lovely and they are taking good care of the cats. I totally recommend this place and we will be come back for sure!”
Draycott Hotel
“Impressed in so many ways with this hotel! Not only was it in a cute part of London with shops and restaurants all around, it was also close to the Tube. I felt I was in some Victorian movie with the eloquent room, ample space inside (hard to find in EU), and helpful, friendly staff. We even went down for champagne hour and met some lovely guests from other parts of the world and had a wonderful chat. Can't wait to stay at this hotel again when I am in London.”
The Cavendish London Hotel
“Every part of our stay was exceptional from start to end! We were warmly greeted at the front door where our luggage was taken and our car swiftly valet parked. Staff at reception were all friendly, warm and welcoming and we were offered a larger room or one with a view. (We chose the view!). Our room, on the 12th floor, had a gorgeous view of the Elizabeth Tower, London Eye etc. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. (Items like Eggs Benedict do attract a surcharge, but fair enough.) When we checked out we decided to leave the car parked for a bit longer while we went shopping. As with everything else, that request was met with a smile and a friendly, positive reply. We were truly sad to leave and will definitely be back as soon as we can. Why this isn't a 5 star makes no sense as the ones we've stayed at, Intercontinental included, can't hold a candle to this gem!”
The Pelham London - Starhotels Collezione
“Loved our stay. Great and responsive staff. Decent size room and great bed with strong AC. Lovely breakfast with solid coffee. Perfectly close to the Underground, many shops and restaurants, and the natural history museum. No question I'd stay again.”
JW Marriott Grosvenor House London
“One of the nicest Marriotts I’ve stayed in. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Everything about the hotel is first class. We stayed here for a week. Our room overlooked Hyde Park. Housekeeping made sure there were plenty of towels. Turn down service in the evening was a nice touch. The hotel is walking distance to most major attractions.”
The Westin London City
“The design of this hotel is very sleek, a very easy atmosphere to relax in. I had an excellent lunch here at the Mosaic restaurant. The food was delicious and there was a great selection of wines and cocktails to choose from. I experienced very welcoming and attentive staff. I would like to a extend a special thank you to Thomas for his recommendations and for looking after me throughout my visit! I will definitely come again.”
Andaz London Liverpool Street - a Concept by Hyatt
“The reception staff was definitely the craziest nice experience just warmly welcoming and made my day. The rooms are just beautiful and top standard as you could only wish in any of them i have been. The free mini bar is also worth having a look, just a beautiful mindblowing stay in another one of these top of the class hotels! Thanks!”
Hotel Devonshire
“I stayed here 1week for business and could not be happier. The rooms are perfect, the staff incredible, the bars and food were not only handy but delicious. I will absolutely stay here again, and I look forward to returning. .”
InterContinental London Park Lane, an IHG Hotel
“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”
Knightsbridge Hotel
“This hotel was WONDERFUL! We needed a last minute place to stay and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating and even provided us with a bottle of champagne to celebrate our honeymoon arrival to London. The breakfast meals were delicious and included in our booking. They included a variety of choices and all were outstanding. Coffee was delivered to our room daily without extra costs. The staff were very attentive and thoughtful in all interactions. It was a very good price for the location, room, amenities and kind staff. We will definitely recommend this place and stay here (or with other hotels in this company) in the future.”
Castle Hotel
“Best Sunday lunch in the southeast! Lovely little hidden gem in the middle of Eynsford Food is always excellent and service is great. The function room is also really lovely to hire out. Really recommend”

The Salisbury Hotel
“This is the best roast dinner I’ve had in ages!! The beef, pork, potatoes and veg were cooked perfectly, but the prize has to go to the gravy, it’s absolutely fantastic. The staff were great too, so I’d definitely recommend the Sunday Lunch and it’s also great value.”
Royal Garden Hotel
“We were eager to sample the cuisine at the Royal Gardens hotel after hearing rave reviews about their food. As we entered the establishment, a friendly and well-informed bartender greeted us and provided expert advice on drink choices before leading us to the restaurant. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable, and the food was simply heavenly, showcasing the expertise of the talented chef and their team. To cap off a perfect meal, we sipped on a delightful English sparkling wine, leaving us excited to return for another indulgent experience. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the outstanding staff who made our visit truly exceptional!”

Premier Inn Staines-upon-Thames hotel
“This hotel delivers the Premier Inn promise with relish. A warm welcome from the check-in team was the start of a great stay. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location if connecting overnight through Terminal 5. Bus 8 from Heathrow stops near the hotel's entrance.”
Premier Inn London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4 hotel
“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”
The Olde Swan Hotel
“Eat here often, walking distance. Phil and his staff are always lovely. On this occasion we were celebrating my son's 30th birthday, and we were able to use the marquee and not disturb the rest of the pub. Food amazing as always.”
