Contacted the store spoke to Sam said he could help turnt up at 7pm by 8pm I had a suit tie and shoes and also some accessories thanks to Sam's help and attention great customer surface second to none. I was also impressed with the quality of the items in the shop.”

“I had a great service from Oliver, I couldn't decide which pair for Vans to choose, but Oliver explained the differences like one had cushion back heel and the other one didn't. So i ended up choosing the one with the cushion back heel. I was also explaining to him that, i always like everything in doubles/pairs so i ended up buying a black pair and navy pair of Vans. Oliver was very approachable and friendly, I was on my way to the Beach and I stopped to buy a few things. Oliver was so nice and with a big smile he even told me to have a great day at the beach. We have been served by the store manager, and members of her team, including new staff at the beginning of their time with Schuh We have found the whole team in each and every instance we have used them to be consistently warm and friendly, and show patience even when obviously under pressure at busy times. I have never once felt like we were hurried or pressurised in any way. They always take the time to engage enthusiastically with the children and parents. As to pricing nothing is excessively priced in comparison to other retailers. Seriously well done to all at Schuh Kids Bluewater! .”

“Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference. I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked! Thumbs up all round. “Really helpful. I needed shoes for my wedding, was buying a very expensive £280 pair but they didn't have my colour in my size. I was flying out in five days time. I asked them if they could get multiple pairs in just in case the pair they got, had a mark. They phoned round my request immediately while I was still leaving the store. They got various stores to send in three... Arrived in time, first pair was spotless as they should be.”

He pretty much picked the the entire look. We left with a 3 piece suit, shoes, shirt, tie and cufflinks. He was so helpful and he even gave my boyfriend some tips.
