"Awful customer service, the worst ever. Staff are rude, dismissive and ignorant. They don't even know the correct way to queue the customers. The enter to the queue is CLEARLY sign posted however staff simply have everyone queue the wrong way and the middle of store. I would avoid it if I can. I was picking up an order and the cashier couldn't even be bothered to say hello, please or thank you."

"been in this store a few times as I live local, I feel this store would receive better feedback if the staff had customer service training, they can be unapproachable, and rude. One time it was about 15 mins to closing time and we were being told to hurry up and pay and leave the store, there was only a few of us in there! customers are meant to feel welcome … well I left my items and went elsewhere, second time I asked if they had something in another size, although it wasn't on the rail I just thought on off chance, the response was "well no, not if its not on the rack" in a rude tone" fair enough for the answer, but no need for the attitude, most recent time, I went in for a refund, two members of staff were both very negative towards me and made the refund process as difficult as they could, maybe they didnt have anything better to do to amuse themselves, they had no issue with me purchasing the item but returning it was very complicated. Needless to say I wont be coming here again I will take the longer journey to the Charlton branch."
