"We visited monsoon bluewater store a little while back to buy flower girl dresses and accessories for my wedding and was served by a very lovely Ellie T who was so so helpful, she couldn’t do enough for us whilst making our choice of the beautiful selection of dresses. We came back again yesterday due to my daughter unfortunately already outgrowing her flower girl dress and shoes & with the wedding being only 3 weeks away I was really starting to panic, but was this was completely eased upon arrival with the help from Ellie T again who helped me the moment I arrived in store (even though it was very busy she still made sure to be very attentive). She made it such a simple and easy swap for bigger sizes and was so lovely and approachable whilst doing it. Thank you again Ellie T for your help and for relieving one of my many wedding stresses!"

"I went to monsoon with my daughter to try and find a prom dress. The lady that helped us was so nice and helpful. Nothing was to much and she kept coming back and asking us if we were ok or needed any help. I didn’t get her name, wish I had but she was a maturer lady with blonde hair. Would really like monsoon to know that she has great customer service. I would definitely go back"

"I first called Bromley to see if they had a dress in stock I had code and everything, I was asked if it was on sale I said yes they refused to help said too much stock to check, I then called blue water and lady who answered phone took code and then went out and checked to see if in stock, I was grateful that she looked … Bromley could learn something here ."
