"Very disappointed with the service my wife received. Tried to return an item that wasn't fit for purpose, unworn but washed prior to initial use. Next would not accept. If it's going on a baby then I'm going to wash it before we use it. If the poppers don't work then that's not something we've done... ridiculous. Will never be shopping at Next again after this sort of treatment by a big name. Will advise others to do the same. Avoid"
